Online Therapy Services in Texas 

We offer individual therapy sessions online for teens (ages 13+) & adults throughout Texas. All sessions are held virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, so you can access therapy from the comfort of your own space. Whether you're in Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, South Padre Island, Corpus Christi, El Paso, San Marcos, or a small Texas town!​

Therapy is personalized to your goals, and we work with clients navigating OCD, anxiety, trauma, people-pleasing, relational challenges, identity exploration & more. We use approaches such as EMDR, Brainspotting, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Somatic CBT, Somatic Embodiment & Regulation Techniques & more.

• 50-minute session - $150

• 90-minute extended session - $220

Session fees are collected on the morning of each session via the card on file.

Because therapy is a time we've both committed to, we ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. (Of course, We understand that emergencies happen. We get sick, kids get sick, etc.)
