  • Week 1: Noticing the Body + Mapping the Stress Loop

  • Week 2: Regulating Stress + Interrupting Spirals

  • Week 3: Flexibility of Body & Mind (Pendulation + Thought Checks)

  • Week 4: Integrating Skills & Choosing in Line with Values

 Ends right before Thanksgiving, perfect timing to go into the holidays with new regulation skills!
